Who is Entree Rewards for?
Entree Rewards is being built for restaurant owners and their customers. Merchants can earn rewards through eligible Entree activity and choose how to use them. Restaurants can also run their own customer loyalty programs. The two programs have separate balances and rules.
How will my restaurant earn rewards?
Entree plans to share part of the value earned through payment activity and supplier relationships. Merchant rewards will come from a portion of Entree’s retained payment income and eligible merchandise purchases. Your program will define qualifying activity, earning rates, and when rewards become available.
How can I use merchant rewards?
Use available rewards for eligible merchandise, supplies, and equipment within the Entree ecosystem, or choose to fund customer offers. You do not have to spend your rewards on customers. Eligible uses and any redemption conditions will be shown before you spend.
How will rewards-funded customer offers work?
You choose an offer and commit part of your available merchant balance. When an eligible customer redeems it, Entree will reimburse your restaurant for the approved discount from that committed balance. This spends your existing merchant rewards; it does not create an additional reward. This feature is in development.
Are customer points and merchant rewards the same?
No. Customers earn points or qualifying visits under your restaurant’s loyalty rules. Merchant rewards belong to your business and follow a separate program. A customer point redemption does not automatically qualify for reimbursement from Entree.
When can I spend my rewards?
Rewards become available after the applicable program requirements are met, including settlement and verification where required. Pending and available rewards will be shown separately. Your program will explain availability, redemption conditions, and any expiry dates.
